What to Expect at an Initial Consultation
Preparation is the foundation of a successful legal strategy. Before we meet, you’ll complete a client information form to provide me with the essential details of your case. This allows us to focus our entire meeting on addressing your concerns and outlining your next steps. During your consultation, you will explain your situation in your own words, we will identify your primary legal goals, and I will provide a preliminary assessment of your rights under the law. You’ll leave with a clear understanding of the next steps and a personalized strategy for your case.
In-Person or Virtual Consultations
Your time is a priority. I offer consultations both in person at my downtown Nashville office and via secure video conference, ensuring you receive meticulous legal advice regardless of your location or schedule.
Discussions at your initial consultation are 100% confidential and protected by attorney-client privilege. A consultation does not create an attorney-client relationship for representation, but your privacy is always guaranteed.
